Warranty Policy

All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity conditions.

Specific Coverage Details:

Non-Transferrable: This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Warpage Coverage:

• Balabushka: Warpage depends on circumstance and requires product evaluation
• Cuetec, Fury, Lucasi, McDermott, OB (New OB Plus Shafts), Pechauer (post 2006), Viking: Warpage is covered under the limited lifetime warranty
• Joss, Jacoby, Mezz, Meucci, Predator/Poison, Schon, Tiger: Warpage is not covered

Additional Terms:

• Cuetec: Product must be registered within 60 days of purchase
• Lucasi: Applies to cues manufactured after July 2007
• McDermott: Older cues manufactured before 2004 do not qualify
• OB: Damage from playing without ferrule pad is excluded
• Predator/Poison: Altering ferrule or tip silencer voids warranty
• REVO Carbon Shafts: Altering shaft diameter or using abrasives voids warranty
