How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is typically 3-5 business days from the date your order is processed and shipped. Every single product is stocked in our warehouse in Colorado.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. At this time PayPal is unfortunately not available, but we are working to resolve this issue soon.

Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?

Yes, orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping within the US. For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies.

When will my order ship?

As long as the item is in stock, orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm local time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will ship on the next business day.

What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All undamaged, unchalked/unused products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Damaged or defective items are covered under each manufacturer's warranty, which typically covers parts and workmanship for up to one year. If an item is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 3 business days for return authorization before initiating a return.
