Unused or un-chalked items in original condition may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Damaged or defective products are subject to the individual manufacturer warranty terms.
Return Process:
- Pre-authorization is required by contacting our support team and stating the return reason/items. Pre-authorized returns will receive processing priority.
- The original invoice or order number must be included with all return shipments.
- All items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Insufficiently packaged returns will void all warranties or guarantees.
- Price tags or other identifying labels should be removed from returned products.
