Pool Cue Cases

A pool cue case is a protective carrying case designed to safely store and transport one or more pool cues. These cases help prevent damage to the fragile cues during travel or storage.

Pool cue cases are typically constructed from durable materials like wood, plastic, aluminum, or leather. The interior has form-fitting compartments lined with soft fabrics like velour to cushion the cues.

The main types are:

Measure the length of your longest cue(s) and allow an extra 2-3 inches. For most cues, look for cases around 58-62 inches long. Also consider how many cues you need to carry to determine the ideal case capacity.

Look for thick, rigid construction to prevent cue warping. Dual combination locks are ideal for security. Rigid internal buttresses keep cues separated. Exterior handles and shoulder straps aid portability. Water-resistant materials protect contents.

Always insert cues butt-first to avoid damaging the delicate front ends. Provide separation between cues using the integrated dividers. Secure any moving parts with the case's exterior straps. Store vertically if possible to prevent cue warping.
